Oct 17, 2026
1. About these Terms and acceptance
These Terms govern your use of orange-n-all.co.za (the “website”), and you accept them by using it.
The website is operated by Orange & All (Pty) Ltd (“O&A”, “we”, “us”), a South African private company, registration number 2020/151696/07. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website.
These Terms cover use of the website only. Services we supply to clients are governed by the quote and terms that apply to that work. Our [Privacy Policy] explains how we handle personal information.
2. Using the website
You may use the website for lawful purposes only, and in a way that does not harm it or other users.
You must not:
- Try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system.
- Introduce malware, or do anything that overloads, disrupts or damages the website.
- Scrape, harvest or copy content or contact details by automated means.
- Use the website or its contact details to send unsolicited commercial messages.
- Use the website to break any law, or to infringe anyone’s rights.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your connection with a person or business.
3. Intellectual property
Everything on the website belongs to O&A or its licensors, and you may not use it without our written consent.
This includes text, graphics, logos, images, layouts, code and the Orange & All name and brand. You may view the website and print or save a page for your own personal or internal business reference. You may not copy, adapt, republish, sell or build on the content, or use our name or logo, without our prior written consent.
Work shown in our portfolio belongs to the clients who commissioned it and is displayed with their permission. Showing it does not give you any right to use it.
4. Content, accuracy and no advice
The website gives general information about our business and services, not professional advice.
We try to keep the content accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, correct or up to date. Do not rely on it as advice for your own situation. Descriptions of our services on the website are not an offer, and no agreement for services exists until we confirm it in a written quote that you accept.
5. Enquiries and information you submit
You must give accurate details when you contact us through the website, and we handle them as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Do not submit anything unlawful, defamatory or confidential that you are not entitled to share, and do not send us special personal information such as health or religious details. Sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship or any obligation on us to respond or to supply services.
6. Cookies and tracking
The website uses essential cookies by default, and analytics and advertising cookies only if you accept them.
We use tools from Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and Meta (Meta Pixel), and may add others, to understand how the website is used and to measure and show our advertising, including remarketing. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in the cookie banner and change your choice at any time. Our [Privacy Policy] describes the cookies and your options in full.
7. Third-party links and platforms
The website may link to other sites and platforms that we do not control, and we are not responsible for them.
A link is provided for convenience and is not an endorsement. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, security or privacy practices of any linked site. Your use of those sites is at your own risk and under their terms.
8. Availability and security
We aim to keep the website available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may suspend, restrict or change the website at any time, including for maintenance, and we are not liable for downtime. We use reasonable security measures, but the internet is not completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your own device and for scanning anything you download for viruses.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
You use the website at your own risk, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from its use.
The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, O&A is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or from reliance on its content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Where the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 applies to you, nothing in these Terms limits the rights it gives you.
10. Changes and ending access
We may update these Terms or the website at any time, and the version published when you use the website applies.
We may block or end your access without notice if you breach these Terms or misuse the website. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers and liability, and governing law continue to apply after your access ends.
11. Governing law and disputes
South African law governs these Terms and your use of the website.
The parties will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion. If that fails, the High Court of South Africa, Western Cape Division, has jurisdiction, and you consent to it. Either party may apply to court for urgent interim relief at any time. Electronic communications, including email, are valid notice, as the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 provides.
